Permits Content Waste Disposal Site:
**  Please remember that during the winter season the Waste Disposal Site will not be open if the wind chill factor reaches -46oC at 8:00 a.m. **

Building Permits:
Required for all new residential and commercial buildings over 100 square feet.  Permits are required for any structure changes.  Relocation permits are required.  Demolition permits dependent on the situation.

Pet Licences:
Pet licences are for the Village of Elgin only.
Annual fees
Dogs $30.00 or $20.00 if spayed or neutered.
Cats $10.00 or $5.00 if spayed or neutered.
